  I studied there for 8 years through my childhood and teenage years.
  There were many times were I was fortunate enough to get to train with Grandmaster Jeun himself, or other instructors. Their school helped instill confidence and provide positive role models, self-control, discipline, and respect while at the same time improving my physical strength, athletic endurance, flexibility, and capacity to defend myself in an unavoidable situation. It has not failed me into my adult life.
  Although I have moved from Des Moines, as I look to get back into the practice of martial arts - I will look only for an institute which operates with a similar philosophy and practice as Jeun's.
